Inquiries sent via our website forms are strictly used to prepare proposals and reply to you, never to auto-subscribe you to marketing spam.

How We Use Information

We do not sell, rent, or trade personal data. Information is disclosed only when reasonably necessary to operate our business, deliver a project, or comply with applicable obligations.

We utilize collected personal and project information strictly for legitimate operational purposes, including:

• Responding to business inquiries & support
• Architecting, designing, and coding client sites
• Processing project invoices and milestone payments
• Managing hosting infrastructure & domains
• Protecting systems against fraud and security threats
• Complying with accounting and legal obligations
4

Website Analytics & Search Tools

We use Google Search Console and Bing Webmaster Tools for search visibility, and the Apollo.io website tracker to understand which companies visit our site. We do not use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, Microsoft Clarity, or Google Tag Manager.

Beamwebworks currently uses Google Search Console and Bing Webmaster Tools to monitor search visibility, diagnose indexing and technical search issues, and understand search performance. These services may process technical information associated with visits and search activity in accordance with the providers' own terms and privacy policies.

This website also loads the Apollo.io website tracking script. It collects technical information about your visit (such as your IP address, browser and device details, and the pages you view) and may use it to identify the company or organization a visitor is associated with, so that we can understand which businesses are interested in our services. We do not receive names or contact details of individual visitors from this script unless you provide them to us yourself. Apollo processes this data under its own terms; see Apollo's Privacy Policy for details.

Current Implementation Notice: Beyond the tools named above, we do not use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, Microsoft Clarity, Google Tag Manager, or advertising pixels on this website. If this changes, this Privacy Policy will be updated as appropriate.

5

Cookies and Client Technology

Beamwebworks may use limited cookies or browser storage where necessary to support essential website functionality and remember preferences such as light/dark mode selection.

Front-end technologies used to render the website, such as React, React Router, Framer Motion, Three.js, and Lucide, are not by themselves advertising or behavioral-tracking technologies. We do not currently use advertising cookies on this website; the Apollo.io visitor tracking described in Section 4 is the only third-party tracking script we load.

6

Sharing Information & Infrastructure Services

We do not sell personal data. Information may be disclosed to service providers or authorized specialists only when reasonably necessary to operate our business or deliver a project.

We do not sell, rent, or trade personal data. Where reasonably necessary, information may be disclosed to trusted service providers, infrastructure providers, or authorized specialists that help us operate our business or deliver your project.

Headless CMS & Content Engine (Sanity)

We use Sanity CMS (via @sanity/client) to manage and deliver website content, portfolio information, and structured articles. Personal information is handled according to the specific data flows and configurations used for the relevant service or project.

Edge API Security & Routing (Cloudflare Workers)

We use Cloudflare Workers as a serverless edge proxy layer to handle and secure API requests, protect endpoints from automated abuse, enforce CORS policies, and rate-limit incoming web traffic. Cloudflare may process technical information such as IP addresses and request metadata as part of providing these infrastructure and security services. Our live chat widget also uses Cloudflare Turnstile to verify that a visitor sending a chat message is not an automated bot, which similarly involves Cloudflare processing technical browser and request signals. See Cloudflare's Privacy Policy for details.

AI Chat Assistant (Google Gemini API)

Our website's live chat widget uses Google's Gemini API to generate responses. Messages you type into the chat widget are sent to Google for processing in order to produce a reply, and are handled according to Google's own privacy and API data-use terms — see Google's Privacy Policy and the Gemini API Additional Terms. Avoid entering sensitive personal or payment information into the chat widget; use our contact form or email instead for anything confidential. We also store a copy of chat conversations ourselves, on our own infrastructure, so we can review what visitors ask and improve the site and the assistant's answers.

Service Providers & Financial Platforms

We use vetted third-party vendors for payment processing (e.g., PayPal/Payoneer), transactional email routing, domain registrar management, and hosting firewalls.

Google Drive & Document Storage

Project files, design wireframes, logos, client assets, and project briefs are stored in secure Google Drive directories managed by Beamwebworks.

Contractors & Specialized Partners

Where necessary, relevant design or code details are shared with authorized developers, copywriters, or video specialists working directly on your project under strict confidentiality.

7

Data Security

We enforce modern administrative and encryption safeguards, though no internet system can guarantee 100% absolute protection.

Beamwebworks takes reasonable administrative, technical, and physical measures to protect personal and project data from unauthorized access, misuse, loss, disclosure, or alteration. Edge protection is facilitated through Cloudflare security barriers, and access to internal databases is restricted exclusively to founders and verified team members.

In the event that Beamwebworks becomes aware of a security incident affecting your personal or project data, we will take immediate steps to investigate, mitigate risk, and notify affected parties in compliance with applicable laws.

8

Credentials and Account Access

Always use temporary passwords when granting server or CMS access, and revoke or update credentials immediately upon project delivery.

Where clients grant Beamwebworks access to hosting panels, domain registrars, CMS dashboards, APIs, or payment gateways, we treat those credentials with extreme confidentiality and use them solely for agreed services.

Security Best Practices for Clients:

1. Transmit credentials using secure secret-sharing links (e.g. 1Password/Bitwarden) rather than plain text email.

2. Upon project launch, revoke temporary administrative accounts or update master passwords.

9

Data Retention

We retain project assets and client communications only for as long as necessary to fulfill project requirements, handle ongoing warranty maintenance, maintain historical accounting records, or satisfy legal obligations. Once information is no longer needed, it is securely deleted or anonymized.

10

Moroccan Data Protection

Beamwebworks operates from Morocco and takes applicable Moroccan data-protection requirements into account when handling personal information.

Where applicable, our processing activities are subject to Law No. 09-08 relating to the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data, as well as applicable requirements and procedures of the CNDP (Commission Nationale de Contrôle de la Protection des Données à Caractère Personnel).

This section describes our intended privacy practices and does not replace any registration, notification, authorization, contractual, or other compliance requirement that may apply to a particular processing activity.

11

International Processing

Beamwebworks operates primarily in Morocco and partners with clients in North America (Canada & US) and globally. As a result, data may be accessed, processed, or backed up on cloud edge infrastructure (such as Sanity, Cloudflare Workers, or Google Drive) located outside of your home jurisdiction.

12

Client Websites & Responsibility

Websites we build for you collect end-user data on your behalf. You (the client) remain legally responsible for your own site’s privacy policies.

This Privacy Policy governs Beamwebworks' primary agency activities. Websites designed and engineered for clients may collect and process end-user data independently on behalf of those clients.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the client is responsible for determining and maintaining the privacy notices, cookie disclosures, consent mechanisms, data-retention practices, and other data-protection measures applicable to information collected through the client's website.

13

Your Privacy Rights

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights regarding your personal information, including:

  • Right to request access to personal data held by us
  • Right to request correction or rectification of inaccurate data
  • Right to request deletion where applicable
  • Right to object to certain processing
  • Right to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent
  • Other rights provided by applicable data-protection law

For individuals whose data is subject to Moroccan data-protection requirements, Beamwebworks aims to process personal data in accordance with applicable requirements, including Law No. 09-08 and applicable CNDP rules and procedures.

To submit a formal request, contact our team directly at: contact@beamwebworks.com

14

Children's Privacy

Our web development and design services are intended for businesses and professional clients. We do not knowingly target children or knowingly collect personal information from children through our services.

15

Third-Party Links

Our website or deliverables may contain hyperlinks to external websites, client portfolios, or third-party web tools. Beamwebworks is not responsible for the privacy practices or content of third-party platforms.

16

Changes to This Privacy Policy

Beamwebworks may update this Privacy Policy periodically to align with evolving digital laws, tech stack additions, or business practices. Revised versions will be published on this page with an updated "Effective Date".
